START Uganda is one of the newest international Chapters founded by Masters student, Jepther Kusasira, in 2018. Currently, START Uganda operates out of Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.

START Uganda travels to two elementary schools, Parents Hope Nursery and Primary School, in Namulonge, Wakiso district and Kitante Primary School in Bamba, Kampala district. The volunteers of the Uganda chapter conduct bimonthly lessons in each school reaching over 200 students per year.
